Card declined

<p>Capitec bank declines my donation to an indiegogo campaign. I would understand if they did this to protect my money, but shouldn't I be given a chance to approve the transaction? I think the app should have a list of transactions declined due to protecting our money. Another thing, just changed my card today and still waiting for the securecode to register for online transactions. How long does it take?</p>
