Card ****

My mom’s money was withdrawn on the 3rd she went to the branch and of coz as expected Capitec does not want to take responsibility.how does it happen that someone can withdraw money yet you had your card with you and there is a footage of her leaving spar as dats the last place she used her card at.The footage shows her leaving with her card.The next day she wanted to pay for something and used her Capitec card but it declined and there was no money. She went to the branch to explain what happened and to explain that the same thing happened to her Standard Bank and they opened a ***** case but Capitec said she gave away her card.please explain what kind of nonsense is that my mom’s phone does not have internet we talking about something who is 62 and her grant money was taken.an email was sent with all the evidence and a case number and police clearance but no assistance. This is to inform that a case is to be opened with the ombudsman
