****** Card and Withdraw with out Pin Code

im tired of Capitec bank ***** Department on the 25 of April They stole my Card and Withdraw R13000 out of my Account they didnt know my pin and even withdraw more than my Daily Limit i report the ***** Case by Capitec and the Polise Stastion i even sent all the Documents to Capitec ***** Department and on there Whatsapp everytime Capitec personel telling me the Investigation is in Progress when i call them they told me the ***** Case is still Active they are waiting for my Documents i email them more that 8 times i even email them today Again i dont get any Respons from them i want my Money Back the Bank is not save if they can withdraw you money without knowing your Pin Code
