Car License Disc Delivery Backlog
Hi I renewed my car license disc via the Capitec Bank App on the 1st of December 2024. I then received an SMS on Thursday December 5 2024 stating that my license disc is out for delivery I must have my ID ready to receive the package from the courier. I never received the license disc to date, I honestly don't know what's going on. This is really bad service I'm really disappointed in Capitec and it's partner RTMC.
