Car licence disk renewal on Capitec App

I have renewed my car licence disk on the Capitec App. They promised to deliver between 3-5 working days, but now 2 weeks has passed without any delivery. I cannot even trace my parcel, since i didn't receive any messages from them. I tried contacting their consultants, but they are failing to help me. I will never use their service again.
