Captitec bank full of rubish

I reside in Rabie Ridge. We have two addresses a post box and a physical. All our mails goes to the post except for the utility bill. I got the print out from the municipality office since they did not send it in more than a year. <br> I went to FICA my details. The lady at the door checked my details, gave me a number and told me to wait. Got my turn for assistance. The guy who helped me told me that they do not use copies. I asked him on what must I do then because this is the only document I have, he stood up , gave the theFICA leaflet and said\ I am sure you know how to read"and left. few seconds later he came back and I asked that there is no where on the leaflet where they say they want the original. He then left again . next thing I saw him on the door with his bag ready to leave . His colleague came to me and asked on why am I still sitting. I tried to explain and asked the guy's name. She gave me the attitude from hell "
