Captiec Bank - Pathetic Bank Ever!
I went to Capitec Bank Makhado in Krogh Street to change my surname. The first 3 times they said they cannot help me with my Marriage Certificate, they can only help me with my new ID.
Today I went to Capitec Bank with my new ID, and today they need my Marriage Certificate.
They sitting at their desks not wanting to help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
