Captiec Bad/poor service
Good Day Hello Peter
I hope me posting this can help at least push my incident or get assistance from Capitec bank.
I had a case that i handed over to the ombudsman for investigation and and an outcome was given to me. Thing is now Capitec has no intent on solving my case since the 30th of October 2023. Emails to the complaints department are not being answered. Their WhatsApp line is useless as the have been saying they can not assist or they have escalated ( every agent i have spoken to has escalated but no feedback is give)
Capitec is a messed up bank and the inconvenience they cause for their customers is really frustrating

I thought you as a bank will assign a designated official to call me with the next business day which was supposed to be on the 21st of November 2023. it is now 4 business days later, CAN I PLEASE GET ASSISTANCE WITH MY QUERY
