This is a very poor communication Bank after the pandamic I have made arrangement to pay my loan in 3 couther but they took all my money that was in my account after I made arrangement to pay R600 they took R1600 left me with nothing Captitec I will change banks this months

29 Sept 2020, 13:11I had the most discussed telephone call from Capitec bank that I didn't make arrangements and the Lady laughed at me said that I owe them so it there money I really think nothing of this bank anymore u are unprofessional and I said that is the last time they received a cent I don't care about Bad name this Country is already down now Capitec bank is also C.. .. . .People wacth your debit Orders with this bank Capitec .

I had the most discussed telephone call from Capitec bank that I didn't make arrangements and the Lady laughed at me said that I owe them so it there money I really think nothing of this bank anymore u are unprofessional and I said that is the last time they received a cent I don't care about Bad name this Country is already down now Capitec bank is also C.. .. . .People wacth your debit Orders with this bank Capitec .
