capitic are sharks!

on 19 april i bourt R100 airtime on vodacom app and the maney went of, but no airtime on vodacom. i fone vodacom and ask whats the problem and thy say wait 48 hours and i wait and no airtime i call again and thy said no maney whas paid to them and i need to go to my bank to revurs it. today i whent to phalaborwa capitec in eden mall . To start with no power due load shedding and whent back after 11am , the lady said it wil cost me R45 to revurs the maney but se cant help me i must go to same one els and wait in the back line. know i want to know if capitec never send the maney to vodacom why must i pay them to put it back in my account? for 30 days thy must pay me intrust on that! stil dont have the maney back thy close at 12.
