Capitek stole my last money from my account

My credit card payment was taken off my account 23d September, and I only receive salary 25th, I explained to Lerato that it was my last money, she said that there was nothing she could do, I understand she is just the call center agent, but surely there are steps to follow? so they can just willy dilly take money and leave me without as it suites them?
