Telephone banking is so terrible, I can respect the protection into their questioning but I didn't want to make a swim swap, just wanted to reverse a debit order, especially during this lock down. am actually giving them minus zero. we do cellphone banking with other banks, confirmation can be done through app and card numbers and others not such hilarious questioning as if am withdrawing a million.
