Capitect gives poor services

Capitect gives poor services. I was at a branch complaining about a debit order that goes off my account every month that I did not authorize. I never received any product from that company yet they debit my account and Capitec says they can't do nothing about it how can they not when we are trusting them to bank our money with them but it's not safe
