Capitect bank asked ...

Capitect bank asked me to send an email due to *****ulent case I did that then I called them letting them know that I have sent an emal it says queued within 5 days that they requested so now it seems like it becomes my falt because they received the email the following day which is yesterday they never send me any reply because they were asking for statement from police station, id that is certified and also the affidavit and case numbere to assist me with my money back but they didn't even hesitate they are now closed the case which was not my fault that they had more emails that they never checked on
