Capitect bank

Om the 31st Of August i bought 350mb data ((R40.00) via Capitec Bank. I never receive it. Mtn directed me to the bank and i the complaint (call was logged) was escalated. They inform me that it should take a minimum of 48hrs to receive either the data or amount into my account. To day when i called i was taken from pillar to post. I really regret using capitec. Its for the second time experiencing such.
