Capitec/Sixty sixty checkers

There was a transaction that went through on my credit card from a overseas company, this is not the first time. The previous times Capitec did reverse the cost. This time I will still find out the results.

My question is now the bank keep saying that the card was used to do the purchase, my card does not leave my site. How does this happen? Bank personnel just keep saying the card was used I mean this is an overseas company how did they get hold of my banking details. I am just tired of this big companies banks and shops that just keep saying SORRY cannot help your card was used. I am now also sitting with Capitec and sixty sixty checkers delivery payment that was cancelled. Now Capitec is sending me to sixty sixty checkers and then sixty sixty checkers send me back to the bank.

Sixty sixty checkers say they do not have my money and Capitec also says they do not have my money. So please tell me where is my money in the air?
