Capitecs system down

This thing with capitec bank whereby every monthend they experience systems problems is really annoying!! Do what other banks do, install networks and whatever to better the situation, you have money, you have more than enough monet to better this situation!! Don't vet me started on your staff (umlazi megacity) they r the most unfriendly people ever, you could swear, "system is down" is music to their ears!!!
