Capitec's star: Lesego Tshoke (and maybe her supervisor)

a little bit of background: I left South Africa to work over seas (yes the phone number linked to my hello Peter account is incorrect), changed my number and changed my phone. after months of trial and error and trying to bind my new cellphone to the banking app, and constantly carrying around two cellphones just to use the capitec app. (and now that there is a new app, this strategy of mine was no longer feasible) all it took was a 15minute phone call with a very patient angel from Capitec (and maybe her supervisor) to help.
