Capitec's Putrite System! The bank must be closed down its failing!

My name is Ayanda and I have been using Capitec for almost 12 years now. I have always heard stories about all the bad experiences people have had with the bank but I've never thought I would be so disappointed by it. Infact it's the worst bank to ever exist and should be closed down. I was kidnapped and held at gunpoint on the 16th of August and the people who ****** me took my phone, accessed my app and made me take selfies not knowing what they were doing because we were driving around in a car. I discovered 2 weeks later after being hospitalised that the people who ****** me took a loan of R250 000 that was approved on the same day (which was the 16th on the day of the incident). I had to do an affidavit and open a case because Capitec requested that I produce an affidavit and case number to them so they would investigate the matter because I wasn't willing to pay for a loan I did not know about. As much as my details were used to take the loan but I feel Capitec has failed me so much with their putrite system and will continue to fail many others because they are very careless. How can they approve a loan of R250 000 on the same day without contacting me for verifications? According to them when I visited the branch at Selgro Centre (Pietermaritzburg), the helpdesk/***** unit they called said the investigation has been done internally and that the loan could not be disputed because the entire application was done via my banking app with my details. They said they don't have any evidence that I was not the who made the loan application so for that reason I am still accountable for loan on top of the affidavit and case number they asked for. What's surprising is they said they cannot provide the details of the consultants that were facilitating the loan application including the agent who released the funds. They also stated that for loans above R150 000, Capitec calls to verify your details through security questions but no agent called me on the 16th when I was kidnapped. Meaning that they still did not follow their policy because I received no phone call from any agent on the 16th verifying my details. Somehow on their system Capitec said they spoke to a "Miss" over the phone when they did not at all call me. Secondly, the policy document with the contract of the loan had a very strange date of the debit and I don't understand how Capitec would make a mistake like that when I've been with them for so long. I get paid on the 24th and they should have that information. So where would have I got money to pay for the first debit on the 22nd since the policy document stated that the 1st payment will be debited on the 22/09/2025 when they know when I get paid cause its not like it was my first time banking with them. There are no recordings of the telephonic conversation between myself as a client and the bank agent who claimed to have called me? But Capitec claims to have done it's investigation. If this application was legit Capitec would have put on the correct date but because they are at fault for their recklessness and are protecting their staff all these loopholes were missed just like that during their so called internal investigation. The culprits are within Capitec and those are the people who should be accountable for this loan because it is either Capitec was very careless or somebody inside the bank works with the people who took the loan on my name. There is no way a loan of R250 000 can be released in one day & Capitec holds me accountable instead of the agents who processed the loan. Now I am left with a loan of R250 000 and could possibly be blacklisted because I will not pay for it. I'm not happy with the way Capitec handled my case, they did not even call me back to let me know that they were done with their investigation. I had to follow up with them and thats how reckless they are. If anyone knows of any other platform/s where I can report Capitec please call me on this number ***. People need to know that Capitec is not a bank that can be trusted and should be closed down because they don't know what they doing.
