Capitec's Power of Attorney is NOT a Power of Attorney, but total control

A very nice man from Capitec phoned me after my first post, unfortunately he doesn't have the power to do anything. He told me that Capitec's Power of Attorney is limited. Why did Capitec Tygervalley not tell me that when I went in to talk to them about a Power of Attorney, before taking my mother in. I will definitely leave them and move everything back again to ABSA, where a Power of Attorney is exactly what it says. This is a load more work for me, and a big lesson learned. Capitec's Power of Attorney is so limited that you will have to continue taking your parent back for their fingerprint, even when you a card on their account and your fingerprints are on their system - TOTAL CONTROL. With their actions they're saying that they don't trust their clients, let that sink in - TOTAL CONTROL. I will NOT be controlled by anybody as I was created a sovereign being.
