Capitec’s nonchalant about an immediate payment that did not reach my sister

I made an immediate payment of R5000 to my sister on Thursday evening, the money still hasn’t reached her, they are telling me I must wait till Monday or Tuesday, what is that, you can clearly see that the money needed to reach her immediately, now my sister missed a funeral because of you. That was money meant for her to travel for a funeral.. now she missed it..
