Capitec's lack of concern to clients and *********** forensic team

I will not recommend Capitec Bank for any clients, yes we endure with them with daily ***** ********s deducting funds from us and them having reversing to a fee to us, but After them sleeping on a ***** incident within hours of possible retrieval, their forensic team is severely under skilled even when ABSA tried to resolve the matter for me needing basic information on the Incident number lodged to them people handling the case, that they can easy retrieve the funds with their strong forensic team, that money always has a trail, it was a ghost chase were I was sent from automation to automation to their favourite term we are still investigating, we'll resolve the matter within 14 to 21 days , when they bridge that they'll say they had high volumes, a month after they're still investigating, after you report them another team comes in which you have to start from scratch and they have no intent of solving your issue, currently my incident is being rejected and a repudiation letter in process. Their service team promised to get back to me today which they have failed, in short Capitec is convenient in some ways but the safe keep of your funds and worst when ****mers come for their clients there's not much they can do they're still at their infancy stage. Sadly to them you're just a number but fortunately am linked to thousands of their clients from family to the media.
