CAPITECS *** SERVICE WITH MANAGEMENT AND ALL!!!

the worst customer service ever!! i do not know if these agents gets training on the streets but the way they consult customers is disgusting along with their team leaders.

Ive been hassling and liasing with so many agents and team leaders up to the complaints department.

i made arrangements to pay my account and CAPITEC failed to deduct my money, i took the liberty to call in afte receiving and sms stating my account is behind.

I called in and was so disappointing as the team leader on duty was just as rude and LIE on my account, when i asked about what was written on my account he failed to answer!!!

the complaints department called me and still not coming through trying to put the blame on the customer.

i was advised i dispute to pay the account i was advised i dont want to make a n arrangement and i was advised i dont want to speak but still i call in to and get a **** service!!!

i requested from numerous team leaders to copy me in any escalations as the one letter i received via post doesnt even have my contact number on there(theres a number i dont even know and never gave to them)

becuase of capitects incompetency MY ITC RECORD SUFFERS, IM UNABLE TO OPEN ME ACCOUNTS, MY NAME IS BEING LISTED AS IM BEHIND.

THIS IS SAD AND I STRONGLY SUGGEST WE TAKE OUR BUSINESS ELSE WHERE AS THE SERVICE YOU GET IS NOT WORTH THE MONEY WE PAY THEM!!!!
