Capitecs incompetence has ruined my life.

Capitecs incompetence has ruined my life. I transfered money from my Capitec Savings account, which I've had for close to 9 years now into a ********** ABSA account for a first months rent and deposit for a property I saw on Junkmail for my elderly father in law to be closer to family that could take care of him. A sum of R8700, only to find out two weeks before we were planning to pack his things up to get ready for the big move the landlord's phone has been cut off, the place doesn't exist and my father in law then needed a new place to stay again because he gave notice to move out. We had to put him in a frail care facility to take care of him which cost us alot more than we budgeted on. Since then its been a battle getting back my money. I went to the nearest capitec bank immediately where they managed to mess up my first chance to get my money back when the logged the incident as a recall instead of *****, obviously funds were withdrawn already, IT'S *****!! I took an affidavit with me, filed a case and gave the all the evidence along with the case nr. After waiting 4 weeks I went back and they said they were unable to recall the money because the account had insufficient funds . Confused I asked how to take the matter further and they said I needed to phone ABSA myself and arrange a meeting to discuss a solution to my problem as its beyond them. And so I did, I phoned ABSA and the refered me back to Capitec and told me its a matter between the banks and their forensics. So I phoned capitecs customer support again . Only then I managed to log it as a ***** case and AGAIN I waited for over a month just to get the exact same story AGAIN. They could assist me in getting the money back because the ***** has insufficient funds. I want answers as im well aware that ABSA has cover for ***** cases like this, yet my own bank cant even do anything for a client of 9 years to date. It's pathetic to say the least and I will never invest with them or refer them again..
