Capitecs INCOMPETENCE

Good Day <br> <br> Hope this mail finds you well and will be treated with seriousness.<br> I currently have a loan with Capitec Bank where my debit order date is the 28th monthly which is debited from my FNB account. Currently i have one other debit going off my capitec account and for some reason Capitec did not deduct my loan on the 28th of December and i left the money in my bank thinking that they will debit on the last day of the month seen that its December, they then claimed that there was no money in my FNB account on the 27th of December, WHY debit on the 27th which was a Sunday and my debit is for the 28th as i get paid the 28th! I then received a sms stating that my loan is in arrears of X amount, to find out that with NO authorization debited an amount of my capitec account leaving a short balance. So now my debit order that was supposed to go off my Capitec account was unsuccessful because of this mess up. I now need to run around and do cash deposits and pay penalties due to Capitec's incompetence and this will also cause a bad reflection in my ITC profile which is unacceptable. I hope that somebody with higher professionalism will contact me regarding this mess up. <br> <br> Regards<br>
