Capitec's hand sanitizer has a special ingredient

I received a very discourteous call today from CAPITEC MEGACITY OUTSIDE BRANCH, apparently the lady I was talking to is a branch manager. She was responding to a recent complaint about using Capitec's very own hand sanitizer, the call was fruitless, she should have not bothered to resolve my concerns because she insulted me by insinuating that I have poured water into my sanitizer. What guarantees do i have that she did not poor water into hers (Capitec). She went on to give me extra work by asking me to read the ingredients of their sanitizer. Were will I get the time to study bottles everywhere I go, what about instances were the stores have decanted into another container, or should I ask them whats in the container. I asked her why doesn't the personnel who is screening read mine to ensure that it has the required specifications to enter the sacred haven. Is Capitec the only institution that fully complies with the Covid regulations? as I have never encounter problems with other places I regularly visit. They will end up saying clients should bath at the door and wear PPE before consulting. Improve your online services so that we should not be exposed to such despicable behaviors. This lady undermines clients and she is not a manager, she was now creating an unnecessary dialog, which was not beneficial to me, therefore I ended the call. Please send her for extra client relations lessons, and assign a better equipped personnel to deal with clients. She must apologize to me in writing as much as my complains are in writing and I need clarity in this matter so that I can know and be prepared, that for as long as Covid is still around i'll have to deal with anaphylactic reactions to unknown and unclassified sanitizers.
