Capitec's Greed

I have no more words for this people. I have a revolving loan with Capitec and signed a debi check for the last day of the month for a specific reason that my policies etc is sorted first. I happen to be logged into my banking online doing a transaction Today, and before my sms comes off that my Salary is in they have already debited my account. I never agreed to any 5 day tracking. This shows you very clearly how they have access to your bank account even when I am with FNB. This will be reported to the NCR and Banking ombudsman. And they wonder why I do not want to move all my products and banking over to them. No wonder there are so many ****mers ripping people off claiming to be from Capitec. This bank should be ashamed and investigated for its beyond ********* behaviour yet want to bad mouth other institutions and businesses. How this is allowed to happen is beyond me. It will explain why their CEO Gerrie Fourie’s pay amounted to R65.74 million for 2024—a 5.9% increase from the R62.09 million he received in 2023.
