Capitec’s gall

We had a loan with Capitec which was diligently paid at R3600 odd per month. This month the outstanding balance of R1600 odd was collected - but R0.04 was left in the account - by Capitec

Capitec has the gall to send a message that the account is arrears and unless the “arrears” balance is paid the account will be handed over yo legal fir collection?

This is sick!! And wrong on so many levels!! Capitec, I’m sure you can better, even without trying!!
