Capitec's empty ATM's
Quite annoyed by Capitec's service. I will never understand a bank's ATM that is constantly out of cash. Early on a quiet 9am Monday morning 3 ATM's at Mangaung Centre in Bloemfontein do not have cash, with one of them only being able to take deposits. The only thing the carefree staff can say is "we don't keep cash in the bank, nothing we can do, why don't you try Shoprite's cash back?". Quite laughable when one service provider promises you another business' service, and we all know the kind of service those cashiers can give to a cash back client, and to everyone else for that matter. Next thing they'll be telling me to use another bank's ATM. .. I feel so annoyed!

Thank you for noticing my complain, however, I do not wish to make any personal contact with anyone regarding the matter. My only interest will be to see this kind of service being improved, otherwise there is always the easier way of dealing with such, and believe you me this was definitely not an isolated incident.
We deal with this kind of attitude on regular basis and we only complain when we have time to sit and type these long essays, which in the end they never help with anything.

My only interest will be to see this kind of service being improved, otherwise there is always the easier way of dealing with such, and believe you me this was definitely not an isolated incident.
We deal with this kind of attitude on regular basis and we only complain when we have time to sit and type these long essays, which in the end they never help with anything.
