My name is Vuyiswa Tyhali, I am a pensioner from Sterkspruit, in the Eastern Cape and I would like to log a complaint regarding capitec bank. I for the last months have been going back and forth with the bank, because I recently realised that over the years they have been debiting money on my account of n amount of R1000. Upon realsing this I took it up with the bank.
They claimed to not know what the debit order was for and subsequently they could not track it. I have requested that they reimburse my money and have failed. I equally want to take the matter with SIU as the branch is known for ****ming it customers. I thus request your intervention in this regard.
