Capitec/MBD

Hi I'm lawrence I had personal loan acc en credit with capitek of which I went under dept review called MSA/Hyphen consultants from 2018 then in2020 late I received call from capitek department says thy are MBD with accordance to my capitec loan en credit which has not been paid for 6months by the MSA/hyphen consultants which I was under them(Dept review)I then tried to go to bank en speak what can I do as the dept review claim they are paying but my loan account has not received ani money.....at the bank I was advised to pay via Bankapp myself since my interests were also high.....then I paid It up until I finish them by 2021january....but now I am refused a paid up or settlement letter bcos MBD from capitec says I was supposed to pai the money 8nto their accounts not capitec.......I called legal department en explained this matter then they said to me they have my settlement letter but cannot issued it to me since MBD coffers does not have the money capitec said I owed can u help I'm soo stressed bcos without that settlement letter i Cannot be removed from dept review
