Capitec/Gaurdrisk

This morning I am very disappointed,I have a loan account with Capitec with credit life insurance. I did visit the branch and explain to them that do to the lockdown I was unable to work and obtain a salary for 2 consecutive months already. The banks say that credit insurance will cover loss of income especially if the loan was taken out after the loans act in August 2017. For some reason Capitec is denying me this right. The company that insures loans with Capitec is Guardrisk.
