Capitecbank Merchant and bussiness service is the worst

The level of service and help im getting from capitecbank is shocking.. 2 weeks struggling for them to help me after they convinced me to take A product and Gaurentees me A merchant Loan.. now im waiting for A week for feedback.. after receiving nothing called them again they say I must send another ID copy and then it takes another 5 days for An answer with numerous calls they promise me the team leader will give me A call and stipl waiting.. called them again today 3 times and they promise the agent will call me back.. still waiting.. friday they say I can put in A complaint but it wont be attended to immediately.. still waiting for feedback.. if you have A bussiness and buy A card machine with capitecbank they will gaurantee you A merchant Loan after 3 months but when you apply for it no body helps.. no service and not taking your bussiness as A client serious Spoken to Sesanda at capitecbank bussiness and yet still waiting for answer.. since the 8th of February..
