Capitec zero help while abroad
Horrible service from Capitec while abroad, after using their whatsapp helpdesk each agent gives me different instructions on how to unblock my account after their ridiculous 24 hour Fica notice. I have sent numerous emails, they keep giving me a number which does not work. The branch back home says a totally different thing from the whatsapp helpdesk. Capitecs help while abroad is disappointing compared to my other bank. So now I have a blocked account while abroad with zero help from Capitec.

03 Apr 2024, 02:55As expected they contacted me after this review to try to assist me but after 3 days still no outcome its been more than3 weeks now almost 4 and still no solution in sight. Really the most unhelpful bank we have in SA.
