Capitec , your money is still not safe there, they dont give a ...........

Capitec allowed an unauthorized / ******* debit order on my daughters account 2 weeks ago for an Edcon account of some unknown person. We are still waiting for feedback from Capitec and the so called debit order authorization.

I provided Capitec with a recording with MunnikBassonDaGama confirming that the account is for some un-related person. Neither Capitec or MBDG bother to verify any details.

After my previous HelloPeter post Capidrek contacted us, without bothering to read the correspondence and evidence supp**** or speaking to the consultant who was involved, insisting on a conference call with Vasco Da Gama, with whom we have no dealings.

Our request for the instruction/authorization of debit to be provided is still not met. Capitec is the unfortunate victim here, they only process and pay the debit order, still to be proved to be authorized, if not then ********** debit order. Capitec assume that there is authorization, and for their lack of due diligence they expect one to contact the party that submitted this false debit order to sort it out.
