Capitec - you should shut your doors as you should not be in business!!!

I changed banks from bad to worse - the "worse" bank, sent instruction to Capitec to move my DO from Bad bank - to worse bank (4th october '23) end october - DO still runs from "Bad bank" after several calls received and requests made to Capitec bank to move my DO from Bad bank to Worse bank - end Novenber - DO still runs from Bad bank. I now see why Capitec is at the bottom of the banks in SA - they are useless, I requested a settlement letter - "sorry we cant send you one but we can send your call to somebody that can tell you why we cant send you a settlement letter" Useless, cant change DO details, cant provide settlement letters, I refuse now to pay them via DO and I will take this further if their lack of doing their job affects my credit score! THEY ARE USELESS!!!!! DO NOT DEAL WITH CAPITEC BANK ON ANYTHING!!!!
