capitec wrost bank ever

i went to the capitec atm at uitenhage branch corkwood mall to deposit moeny the amt took the money in it jammed and took money but did not put cash in my the account 10k is not a joke for atm to do this i want this sort out i logged a case with the bank case number *** i must say when i went into the branch to report they not helpful with answer this needs to be sort out.
