Capitec wrong stop order

I wish express my dissatisfaction with capitec a stop order of r8000 was created in my account i reported the case to them i did what i was required to adffidavit and open case as per branch that i went to i was told 48hrs the matter will be resolved still it has not today i go capitec branch to check the story the I must wait for 8days as it i have bills to pay kids to feed capitec it not doing any about this I wish to be resolved the money be me and i wish this matter should dealt with since this has been going on from the 25th of October
