Capitec wrong statement

5 september 2020 went to capitec lakeside mall to print a statement older than 6 months for my savings account i had the account number written down but the consultant decided to print me a wrong statement i asked her what now cause now im being charged double after I specifically told her which account and also gave her the account number i just want those charges reversed
