CAPITEC WORST SERVICE EVER
An agent called me for my loan application, had to redo entire application and said she will send me a whatsapp link to submit my docs, hours later still waiting, I whatsapped capitec on their whatsapp line to follow up, useless, worst service ever!! I am telling everyone how pathetic this service is and moving back to Absa!!
