Capitec worst service ever

What a joke!!! Capitec blocked my card. Went in branch(heidelberg) Got a new card costing money again changed my number an tried using my app and cellphone number and get a msg on the app that i need to go in the branch to do it again!!! What a hell? My closest branch are 50 km from me it does cost petrol and time of from work again because the staff at capitec does not do what they are paid for!! Im closing this acc the next time i enter a capitec branch!!!
