Capitec...Worst nightmare ever!

Since the the 22 February 2015, my nightmare started when i decided to fix an investment amount to earn intrest. I have logged two hellopeter.com queries and complaints managment cannot resolve anything properly without something else going wrong from depositing it into incorrect accounts, incorrect intest rates , to incorrect intrest paid, now now intrest being paid into the wrong account and its still the incorrect amount. I have to consitently call Complaints Management and tell them that their administration on this account is always incorrect. I gave this bank numerous chaces to manage my money but consistenly fail me as a client. I plead with people out there to just be careful and dont be attracted to Capitec high intrest rates, because they cant manage your account once they receive your deposit. Rather choose a reputible financial service provider that offer a lower rate but outstanding administraion skills and system. I demand my fixed deposit to be cancelled and and i want to transfer my money out and close my account with Capitec. I am having too many problems every month without fail!
