Capitec worst employer

I am highly disappointed with Alexander forbes and capitec bank for the way that they're treating me. I resigned at capitec bank back in September 30th 2024, my pension is held with Alexander forbes. Since I left the company I have been having tough times with Alexander forbes interest of withdrawing my pension. To this date they haven't paid my vested amount. Th only amount they paid out was only non vested. I have no clue to what is holding them to pay me what's due to me as I contributed since 2014-12-01. I never gave them trouble when it comes to my contributions, but when is my turn to receive what's mine I have to face this struggles. As it is now I have spent alot of money buying airtime to call them to make follow up and all the time I am told you receive your money and when I ask when they can't tell me. I am enough of this I need what's mine. I am on the verge to lose everything I own because I can't get this money to pay off what I owe. I tried to get capitec bank involve in resolving this but they where not Interested they only tell me the money is with alex forbes I have to talk to them. I am fed up with this. How come money that I contributed in full has to be paid in half's that's not what I signed up for. I am tired of this poor treatment and I need my money paidout immediately. Alexander forbes did me dirty and I had enough of it and as for capitec that's not how you treat your former employees. Email address *********** contact number you have them.
