CAPITEC WORST BANK EVER

In June 2024, I received an sms to submit FICA documents or my account would be blocked. They required proof of income & proof of address. I submitted an email with company letter of employment and proof of address, but to my dismay the account was blocked anyway, and they requested an affidavit. I had to take the time off work, go into a branch and submitted the documents and affidavit. The inconvenience at that time was a matter of grin and bear it. On the 24th of July I received an sms that I need to submit documents or account will be blocked within 31 days. Why I do not understand its been a month nothing has changed, but to my worst nightmare my account was blocked the same day so where is the 31 day grace period? This I had to discover late at night while being at the emergency room with my child, needing to pay a fee and discovering that my account had been paused. So today on the 25th I mailed all again and I have been told to take time off work, lose income go to a police station and have another affidavit drawn up and submit it. How does this work, I have sent enough proof that my husband receives international wage as he has a standing instruction with Capitec I withdraw from his account and deposit to my account for debt purpose, I have submitted all proof yet I am being harassed, while I have been a client of Capitec for almost 10 years. Twice in 2 months I have to beg for my account to be un-paused to have access to my account. Is this the level of service delivery that Capitec has to offer? I would rather take my money somewhere else and let everyone know that Capitec is not the bank you want to put your money in to.
