Capitec worst bank ever

<p>As i was doing my shopping at Pavillion Shopping centre and at the 1st store my payment was declined by my Capitec Bank but lucky enough i had cash with so i paid cash. Then went to another store and declined payment again so i went up to the ATM to withdraw cash and the One ATM that the branch had was not working so i asked inside what the branch what problem was and told that the Banking system is down so we cant swipe nor withdraw our money. And that was so frustrating as i planned to do the shopping in the morning and there was no indication on when the system will get back to normal. I left the mall stranded with no cash and half the things i wanted to buy. A total waste of my morning. </p>
