Capitec worst bank

Capitec is thee most unreliable bank I’ve ever come across, so I’ve been using Capitec for about 11+ years. Recently I’ve been out of a job so not much income was coming into my account never the less my account was still being used and had funds in the account… all of a sudden I get an sms my account is being investigated by the court and they are temporarily freezing my account. It’s been 4 months tha my issue with maintenance court is now resolved I even went into Capitec gateway and asked if they can do anything or even close the account and they refused to assist … please if you have big businesses or have huge amounts of money in and out ur account try to avoid Capitec they cheap but very unreliable!!
