Capitec worst bank

It's almost a month and capitec still hasn't come back to me. I've noticed that they flagged me due to stupid consultant not doing their work properly. I've been at the branch even phoned them but them u get transferred to all different departments that can not help you. Still this day I have not heard from capitec no emails no calls nothing. Poor poor customer service. Yorrrr
