Capitec worse service

I paid up loan and credit card with Capitec and after a month of requesting paid up letter and over 5 visits to the wonderboom junction branch. assistance was terrible lady who was calling the scu department was even yawning while assisting me. Branch manager adviced to complete a form to apply for the cancellation of the debit but that was ignored looked like the lady was lazy to print the form that was sent to her via email Infront of me a loan which I paid up is still being deducted I don't know where I will get help
