Capitec worse ever

On 25 May my whole salary was taken from my capitec acc by Luno. Luno even reversed my debit orders and withdrew that money as well.Capitec bank just told me my money will not be refunded. I'm very upset because I'm a single mother and have no other income how will I provide for my baby this month? I did not authorize any of this transactions neither do I have anything to do with luno. This is clearly an inside job because how can someone access my banking app. I'm disgusted in capitec bank and I'm going to close my acc with capitec and I advise others to do so as well. They have a poor security system if hackers can so easily hack into ones acc
