Capitec worse bank ever!!!!!!!!!!

Capitec Bank and their empty promises!!! I have a Vishing enquiry which has been running from November time, The enquiry was Given to another Agent which was from the 19th December. I mean really it's the 2nd January and still Nothing!!!!!! I have emailed my information like they asked and nobody has gotten back to me. I Strongly feel this bank is offering the worse damn service and their promises mean Nothing!

It's been damn 2months and my enquiry has been moved to 2 agents and Still nothing! I am beyond livid!

I've even explained my story to consultant!!!!

When will my enquiry be seen to?! This is a damn circus!
